01Eligibility
Items returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, are eligible for a full refund of the item price.
02Non-refundable items
Gift cards, opened personal-care products and final-sale items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
03Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
04Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
