01Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 pm ET on in-stock express items ship the same day.
02Delivery estimates
US delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch. Large furniture ships via freight and takes 1–3 weeks. Each product page shows its own estimate.
03Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Express shipping is available at checkout for $14.95.
04International orders
We ship to over 40 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
05Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can check status any time on the Order Tracking page.
